Shipping Policy
At CASETICS, we aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are made or prepared specifically for the customer. Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
UK Delivery
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail or another suitable delivery service. At checkout you can choose from:
- UK Standard — Free, estimated 3–5 business days
- UK 1st Class — £3.30, estimated 1–2 business days
- UK Tracked 48 — £3.30, estimated 2–3 business days
- UK Tracked 24 — £3.95, estimated 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has specifically been purchased.
International Delivery
We ship to selected international destinations using an International Tracked service — £14.00, estimated 5–14 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal or customs services.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply in their country.
Please provide a valid delivery address and, where requested, a telephone number for international shipments.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
Postal delays can occasionally occur and are outside our direct control.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate.
